Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Each candle is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or finish are completely normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

For the best experience:

Avoid excessive burn time, no more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when 1/2” wax remains

Trim the wick to 1/4 " before every burn to get the most performance & avoid soot

Allow candle to melt to the edge of the vessel. This prevents future tunneling

Never leave a burning candle unattended

Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects & drafts

Keep out of reach of pets and children

Yes! When used properly, our candles are safe and come with warning labels and instructions. Always burn within sight and follow proper candle care guidelines.

Shake well before each use and lightly mist into the air. Avoid spraying directly onto surfaces, especially plastic or finished materials.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order,
please reach out—we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll get it taken care of for you.
